1. Introduction

Portraify is operated by CAMEL DEV LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data when you use our Service at portraify.app.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide via our authentication provider (Clerk). We use this to identify your account and send transactional emails.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. We receive a record of the transaction (amount, date, last 4 digits) from Stripe for billing purposes.

Uploaded photos

Photos you upload, along with the headshots we generate from them, are stored in your account so you can access your generation history. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not share or sell them to third parties. You can request deletion of your photos at any time (see Section 6).

Usage data

We may collect basic usage data such as the number of headshots generated, credit balance, and timestamps. This helps us operate and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Service.
To process payments and manage your credit balance.
To send transactional emails (e.g., receipts, account notices).
To detect and prevent abuse or fraud.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with service providers who help us operate Portraify, each bound by their own privacy and security obligations:

Authentication provider — manages account sign-up and login.
Payment processor (Stripe) — handles checkout and billing. Privacy Policy
AI processing provider — your uploaded photos are sent to a third-party AI service solely to generate your headshot.
Hosting and infrastructure provider — runs the servers and storage behind the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data, including uploaded photos and generated headshots, for as long as your account is active, so you can access your generation history. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information, including your photos, within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Object to or restrict certain processing activities.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We also use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used and to improve it, which may include page views, feature usage, and session replay (a recording of on-screen interactions to see where users run into trouble). 8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
